About the Volunteer Roles
If you sign up to sign wave, you will be added to our sign waving list. You’ll be notified when and where we will hold sign waving events. Attend all of the ones that are convenient for your schedule and location.
Signs will be provided for waving, but you can bring out your American Flag if you so choose! This is a fun, group activity that usually lasts 1-2 hours… sometimes more during election days. Participate as long as you feel comfortable.
One post can reach hundreds – sometimes thousands of voters.
As a social media volunteer, you’ll help amplify Megan’s message by sharing campaign updates, event information, accomplishments, and voting reminders on your own platforms.
You can expect:
Ready-to-share graphics and posts
Key talking points and captions
Important dates and announcements to highlight
The flexibility to post on your own schedule
You don’t need a large following to make an impact. When friends and neighbors see support from someone they trust, it carries weight.
You can share a post, write your own message about why you support Megan, leave positive comments, or help respond respectfully to misinformation.
Digital engagement strengthens momentum and every share helps move the campaign forward.

As a testimonial volunteer, you can provide a short written statement — or record a brief video — explaining why you support Megan and why her continued leadership is important for Brevard’s schools.

You don’t need to be political – just genuine. Authentic stories from real community members are powerful and persuasive.

As a host, you’ll open your home, business, or community space to gather friends, neighbors, or colleagues for a small event where Megan can share her vision, answer questions, and connect directly with voters.
You can expect:

Help with invitations and promotion
Clear talking points and event structure
A manageable, comfortable gathering size
Events can be casual – coffee in the morning, a small evening reception, or a neighborhood meet-up. You choose what feels right for you.
Hosting is one of the most impactful ways to introduce Megan to voters in a personal setting and strengthen community momentum.

Visibility matters.
As a yard sign volunteer, you’ll help deliver and place campaign signs at the homes of supporters across the district. Every sign placed increases awareness and reinforces momentum in neighborhoods throughout District 1.
You can expect:
A list of confirmed supporter addresses
Clear placement guidelines
Signs and materials provided
Flexible scheduling that fits your availability
This role is simple, efficient, and impactful. You’ll help ensure supporters are represented and that voters consistently see Megan’s name throughout the community.
It’s a small action that makes a big difference, especially as Election Day approaches.
